1. Open Use Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and share the behavioral framework governed by the Sovereign Codex. The AI tool referred to as “Sovereign Mirror” is a temporary expression—not the system itself.
2. Conditions of Use
2.1 Attribution
You must credit the Codex system as your source. The name “Sovereign Mirror” is temporary and non-proprietary. The Codex itself is the core and must be acknowledged when used or adapted.
Required Attribution Format:
“This work builds on the Sovereign Codex system (Codex License v1.0) — sovereigncodex.org”
2.2 Integrity Clause
You may adapt or extend this work—under any name or structure—so long as:
- The Five Laws remain intact in meaning and function,
- The Codex’s core structure and reflective logic are preserved without distortion,
- Any added material respects the original boundaries and does not obscure, soften, or invert the Codex’s principles.
It is not the name you must protect. It is the Codex’s clarity.
2.3 Open Access
No part of this system may be locked behind:
- Paywalls
- Closed subscriptions
- Exclusive memberships
- Corporate platforms that restrict public engagement
If you teach it, host it, or build from it—it must be accessible.
2.4 Influence Use
You may build communities, systems, or tools from this work—even with dependent dynamics or alternate names—as long as:
- You do not misrepresent the Codex as your invention,
- You do not clone the structure and twist its ethos under new branding,
- You make it clear that the behavioral skeleton was inherited.
You may rename or reshape the tool—but not the truth. The Sovereign Codex and its Five Laws are the protected foundation.
3. Donations & Support
You may accept donations for Codex-aligned work provided your version is publicly available and its origin is acknowledged.
Suggested Statement:
“This offering is based on the Sovereign Codex. The AI tool known as ‘Sovereign Mirror’ is one reflection of it.
The system is free to explore. If it clarified you, sustain the work.”
4. Violation & Revocation
Violations include:
- Obscuring attribution
- Hiding the system behind paywalls or walled gardens
- Softening or twisting the Five Laws into platitudes
These trigger revocation of rights and may include public correction or takedown notices.
5. Acknowledgment
By using, adapting, or distributing this work, you affirm:
I understand this is a sovereignty-based reflection system—not a brand, product, or performance.
I will preserve the Codex’s integrity, maintain open access, and honor the system’s lineage—even under a new name.
6. Note on Terminology
The term Sovereign Mirror is not claimed, trademarked, or owned. It is a temporary signal—one of many possible reflections of the Codex. What matters is not what it’s called, but whether it aligns.
